Film Synopsis

Mitri is a 15 year old boy who lives in a village in Senegal.  Like all teenage boys, he dreams of being a star football player for one of the great European clubs.  When a football scout spots him, Mitri sees his chance.  But to realise his dream, he needs to raise the money so that he can travel to Europe.  His family rally round to help him, but once he is in Paris his hopes are soon dashed.  Abandoned and penniless, he cannot bear the humiliation of returning to his home village.  His adventures are far from over...
